PRIVACY POLICY AND CONSENT

for the processing of personal data

This document (the «Policy») sets out how personal data of persons submitting requests to 3SNET through the feedback form and the Advertiser cooperation request form on https://3snet.co (the «Website») is processed and protected.

By filling in the forms on the Website and ticking the relevant checkbox, the User confirms that they have read this Policy, understand its terms, and give explicit consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with it.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, use of the forms on the Website must be discontinued.

I. KEY DEFINITIONS

Operator — 3SNET, the affiliate program that processes personal data under this Policy.

Website — the internet resource of 3SNET located at https://3snet.co.

User — a natural or legal person (represented by an authorized representative) submitting a request through the feedback form or the Advertiser cooperation request form.

Advertiser — a User who has submitted a request for cooperation for the purpose of placing advertising offers through the 3SNET affiliate program.

Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User.

Cookies — small text files stored in the User’s browser when visiting the Website.

 

II. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

The Operator processes the following categories of Users’ personal data:

2.1. Identification and contact data — data necessary for the identification of the User and for communication (including, but not limited to: first and last name, name of the represented company and the promoted brand, corporate email address, messenger contact details, website of the company and its affiliate program).

2.2. Cooperation request data — information voluntarily provided by the User in the application or request form (including geographies of interest, commercial cooperation terms, type of target action, project description, and other information).

2.3. Data voluntarily provided through the feedback form — information sent by the User through the feedback form (name, email address, content of the request, and other information).

2.4. Technical data — information on the User’s interaction with the Website, collected automatically (including, but not limited to: IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, device identifiers, country and region, referring source, pages visited, cookie identifiers, and other tracking technologies).

 

III. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The Operator processes Users’ personal data solely for the following purposes:

— processing the User’s request submitted through the forms on the Website;

— establishing and conducting business communication with the User in connection with the review of the cooperation request;

— assessing the possibility of cooperation between the Operator and the Advertiser;

— preparing and agreeing commercial cooperation terms;

— ensuring the operation and security of the Website, including protection against unauthorized access, fraud, and attacks;

— sending informational and marketing communications to the User with their separate explicit consent;

— compliance with applicable law and reasonable requests from competent authorities.

 

IV. LEGAL BASIS

Processing of personal data is carried out on the following legal grounds:

— explicit consent of the User, expressed by ticking the relevant checkbox on the Website form;

— legitimate interest of the Operator (conducting business communication, assessing potential partners, ensuring Website security, protection against fraud);

— compliance with the Operator’s obligations established by applicable law.

 

V. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS TOOLS

5.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure Website functionality, analytics, and user experience improvements.

5.2. Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Yandex.Metrika (Yandex LLC) web analytics counters are installed on the Website. These services collect anonymized technical and aggregated information for the purpose of analyzing traffic and promoting the Website.

Refusal of analytical cookies does not affect the ability to use the Website. If necessary cookies are blocked, certain Website functions may become unavailable.

 

VI. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

6.1. The Operator does not sell Users’ personal data to third parties.

6.2. The Operator may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

— technology partners (hosting providers, CRM systems, email services) — to the extent necessary for them to perform their respective functions;

— web analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika) — in anonymized form;

— competent government authorities — upon reasonable requests and to the extent established by applicable law.

6.3. The User consents to the transfer by the Operator of information about the User (including name, contact details, name of the represented company, promoted brand, and circumstances of cooperation) to industry registries of bad-faith Advertisers, as well as to other affiliate programs, advertisers, and industry participants in the following cases:

— breach by the Advertiser of financial obligations to the Operator;

— provision by the Advertiser of knowingly false information;

— concealment by the Advertiser of conversions or manipulation of statistics;

— other circumstances indicating bad-faith actions on the part of the Advertiser.

 

VII. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

7.1. The Operator retains Users’ personal data for the periods necessary to achieve the processing purposes:

— data submitted through the feedback form — for 2 (two) years from the date of the last request;

— cooperation request data and related business correspondence — for 3 (three) years from the date of the last communication;

— data related to the circumstances set out in clause 6.3 of this Policy (bad-faith actions) — for the periods necessary to protect the Operator’s interests, but not less than 5 (five) and not more than 10 (ten) years;

— technical and analytics data — for the periods established by the respective services (by default, up to 14 months for Google Analytics).

7.2. Upon expiration of the retention periods, personal data are deleted or anonymized, unless further storage is required by applicable law.

 

VIII. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

The Operator applies a set of organizational and technical measures to protect Users’ personal data from unauthorized access and other unlawful actions, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), employee access control, regular system monitoring, and backup copies.

 

IX. USER RIGHTS

The User has the following rights in respect of their personal data:

— right of access to their personal data;

— right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;

— right to erasure of data, except where their retention is necessary to protect the Operator’s rights or to comply with applicable law;

— right to withdraw previously given consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);

To exercise these rights, the User may submit a request to the address specified in Section XII. The Operator considers requests within a period of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days.

 

X. MINORS

The Website and the 3SNET affiliate program are intended exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen). The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18 years of age.

 

XI. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated version.

— the User has read this Policy, understands its content, and accepts its terms in full;

— the User gives their explicit and voluntary consent to the Operator for the processing of their personal data to the extent, for the purposes, and by the methods specified in this Policy;

— the User confirms that they have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) and have full legal capacity;
