Rules for Launching 3SNET Offers 

General Terms of Working with Offers

These rules apply to all offers launched in the 3SNET affiliate network and are mandatory for execution by all publishers.

1. Trial Period

New affiliates are provided with a test limit of up to 20 deposits.

The test must be completed no later than 1 month from the start date.

If the test volume is not reached or testing deadlines are exceeded, traffic confirmation will only be granted in certain cases at the advertiser’s discretion.

Traffic quality verification is conducted by the advertiser and may take from 1 to 4 weeks.

Upon completion of the test, the affiliate is obligated to notify their affiliate manager.

Standard hold period: 7 days.
Additional hold may be applied if an in-depth traffic quality check is required.

2. Restrictions and Prohibitions

Within the framework of working with 3SNET offers, it is prohibited to:

• Indicate or draw attention to the minimum deposit amount in advertising materials;
• Attract irrelevant audiences (underage users, financially uninterested users, audience seeking “easy money”, “work from home” and similar segments);
• Use PTC traffic, click farms and task platforms;
• Make misleading promises or false statements;
• Utilize incentivized, fraudulent or artificial traffic as well as any fraud schemes;
• Directly send traffic to tracking links without using redirects.

3. Non-Payable Traffic

What type of traffic is non-payable? 

• Does not demonstrate user activity (lack of deposits, bets, repeat actions).
• After the trial period does not meet the offer’s KPI.
• Contains multi-accounts, test conversions or signs of fraud.
• Traffic launched independently without prior approval.
  

4. Publisher Responsibility

Before starting the traffic flow, the publisher is obliged to study the offer’s terms and conditions and comply with them in full.

In case of contentious or non-obvious issues (sources, creatives, promotion strategy, etc.), it is necessary to coordinate them in advance with the 3SNET affiliate manager.

Responsibility for launching traffic without prior approval lies entirely with the publisher.

If more than 14 days have passed since the offer was approved but before it was launched, it is necessary to reconfirm its relevance with your personal manager before starting. 3SNET does not guarantee the acceptance and payment of traffic sent without such reconfirmation.
